RHIA is an AI-assisted human-resources platform built as an EMBRAPII/IFCE initiative in partnership with Jubilato. Here the role centers on technical leadership and coordination rather than a single codebase: aligning backend, frontend and modeling teams across separate repositories, establishing AI-document and reporting conventions, and shaping a multi-tenant, LGPD-aware architecture on a Spring Boot and Angular stack. It is representative of senior, cross-functional delivery — owning architecture decisions and team coordination on a real institutional product. (Private / under NDA.)
