A simultaneous alcohol-and-tobacco cessation app: Django API + Svelte SPA + a WhatsApp bot, tracking daily logs, cravings, slips and metrics.

Rumo ao Zero is a full-stack health application that supports people quitting alcohol and tobacco at the same time. It pairs a Django REST API with a Svelte single-page app and a WhatsApp bot for daily check-ins, so users can log progress wherever is easiest. The bot captures daily logs, cravings, slips and a wellbeing pulse, while the app surfaces metrics and progress over time. It is a practical example of meeting users on the channels they already use — combining a conventional web stack with conversational messaging around a sensitive, behavior-change problem.
