Weberist

Open-source stealth web-automation framework

2024maintainedoss framework

A flexible web automation and scraping framework on top of Selenium, with out-of-the-box stealth that passes major bot-detection systems and first-class Docker support.

Weberist is an open-source web-automation and scraping framework that sits on top of Selenium and ships with stealth by default. Its hardened Chrome driver passes major bot-detection systems — BotD, pixelscan and a range of device and browser fingerprint tests — so automations behave like real browsers out of the box. It supports both Chrome and Firefox, manages profiles and local storage, and runs headless inside Docker for reproducible, deployable execution, with fully customizable user agents and window sizes. It packages the kind of anti-detection plumbing teams usually rebuild from scratch into a reusable, Dockerized Python toolkit.

Highlights

  • Stealth Chrome driver passing BotD, pixelscan and device/browser fingerprint tests
